Eric McGrane Joins as National Security Sector Leader, Heads DC Office

Torch.AI announced today that Eric McGrane has joined the executive team as the firm’s new National Security Sector Lead.  Since the award of the U.S. Department of Defense National Background Investigation System, demands from the Federal marketplace have risen dramatically.  McGrane’s role will be growth oriented with a mission to mature specialized federal offerings and further enhance the partner ecosystem.

Before joining Torch.AI, Mr. McGrane served as Client Executive for Perspecta.  He was responsible for clients in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense for the U.S. Public Sector, including the development of new solutioning as well as the orchestration and execution of the company’s strategic growth vision. Mr. McGrane brings more than 14 years of direct experience in the federal marketplace to Torch.AI.

Deloitte Showcases New Torch.AI Enabled Secure Supply Chain Solution

Torch.AI and Deloitte have partnered to produce the world’s first fully autonomous supplier investigation solution to streamline risk assessments, enhance decisioning, and enable continuous monitoring.

On October 8th, Deloitte opened a unique Con-Ex at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for a three-day expedition into complex data analytics, cyber situational understanding, supply chain risk, and workforce efficiency challenges. Torch.AI to Support $49 Million Program with U.S. Department of Defense

Chantilly, Va.— August 7, 2018—Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that its subsidiary, Enterprise Services LLC, has been awarded an agreement to support the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) Investigation Management program. The award, which represents new work for the company has a value of $49 million. Work on the program began in June and will conclude after 18 months.

The award was made possible via a prototype project sub-agreement through an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with Consortium Management Group (CMG) on behalf of Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace (C5).

On the agreement, Perspecta will deliver a government-wide information technology system that will support suitability, security and credentialing (SSC) investigations for all federal employees. The standardized investigative platform will be scalable, highly configurable and will integrate multiple systems and agencies. Designed to improve the investigative process with a streamlined case management system, the platform will provide enhanced visibility into investigative data and give field investigators a robust suite of collaboration and investigative tools to support their mission.
