What you would actually do

• Recruit rare talent. Find and attract cleared and clearable engineers and mission experts, the people who can do work most companies cannot.
• Security-aware people operations. Run HR in an environment where security and trust are part of every process, with the care that requires.
• Scale the culture. Help a fast-growing company keep the mission-first, high-ownership culture that makes the work worth doing.
• Support a mission-driven workforce. Build the programs and support that keep a demanding, high-caliber team doing their best work.
